  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and season chicken with salt and pepper.
