Description

Tiramisu Cheesecake is a luscious dessert that elegantly marries the rich, coffee-infused flavors of traditional tiramisu with the creamy texture of cheesecake. Each bite is a perfect balance of sweetness and depth, making it an ideal choice for celebrations or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mascarpone and sugar; mix until combined. Gradually pour in heavy cream while mixing until slightly thickened.
  3. Mix in espresso until fully blended. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust; sprinkle cocoa powder if desired. Add remaining filling on top and smooth out.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and slice into pieces.
