Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.

  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk with apple cider vinegar and let sit for five minutes. Then add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  6. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pans for ten minutes before transferring to wire racks.
