  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples and cranberries with 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix gluten-free oats, remaining brown sugar (1/2 cup), and melted butter or coconut oil until crumbly.
