  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or any crust of your choice)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold eggnog
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (thawed)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp rum or brandy (for an alcoholic version)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra ground cinnamon or nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold eggnog until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully combined. If using, add the rum or brandy at this stage and mix well.
  3. Pour the eggnog mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set.
  5. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish.
  6. Slice and enjoy this creamy, festive dessert!
