Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups candy corn
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: sprinkles, additional candy corn, or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Be cautious not to let it burn.
- Add Flavorings: Once the chocolate mixture is melted, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. This will enhance the overall flavor of your fudge.
- Incorporate the Candy Corn: Gently fold in 1.5 cups of candy corn into the melted mixture, reserving the remaining 0.5 cups for topping. This ensures the candy corn is evenly distributed throughout the fudge.
- Transfer to the Baking Dish: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, and sprinkle the reserved candy corn on top, pressing down gently to help it stick.
- Chill: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm and set.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut it into squares and serve. Enjoy your delicious candy corn fudge!
