  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground meat, cooking until browned; season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
