Ingredients
  

Crab Cake Mixture
  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably panko
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into patties.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
