Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add any optional add-ins if desired.
Cooking
  1. Pour the egg mixture into silicone molds.
  2. Add water to the Instant Pot and place the molds on the trivet.
  3. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the molds and let cool slightly before serving.
