Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk for marinating
  • 1 cup Flour for coating
  • 2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper for spice
Honey Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Honey for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce for additional heat
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 pieces Buns for serving
  • 4 slices Pickles for topping

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in a mixture of flour and cayenne pepper.
Bake Chicken
  1. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare Honey Glaze
  1. In a bowl, mix honey and hot sauce until well combined.
Assemble Sandwich
  1. Once the chicken is done, drizzle with honey glaze and serve on buns with pickles.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can double coat the chicken by dipping it back in buttermilk and then in flour again before baking.
