Ingredients
  

Watermelon Base
  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed Seedless watermelon is preferred.
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves Fresh mint for garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup Sparkling water To top off the drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree into a pitcher.
  3. Add lime juice and agave syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
